Nicky has experience in general civil and commercial litigation. She regularly appears in Court as sole or junior counsel. Nicky has particular experience in cases involving corporate contractual disputes, land disputes, proceedings under the Declaratory Judgments Act, consumer protection and trade practices legislation.
