Richard's practice includes advising banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of banking and lending related matters. In particular Richard specialises in acting for lenders in property finance transactions and has been involved in a large number of inner city, suburban and rural construction and subdivision developments.
Richard has spent more than four years seconded to a major New Zealand bank and this, combined with the experience gained acting for lenders since 1992, has enabled Richard to develop an excellent practical knowledge of the internal and external requirements of his lender clients.
