Sara is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Group of Simpson Grierson. She works predominantly on the negotiation and drafting of IT and telecoms contracts.
She has extensive experience, largely gained in the UK, advising major IT suppliers and public sector organisations on matters relating to IT procurement and the management and resolution of IT related disputes.
Advising the UK Department for Work and Pensions in the renegotiation of its IT services contracts with EDS
Acting for IT supplier in the renegotiation of a large IT development and services PFI contract with a UK government department
Acting for a major IT supplier in an arbitration of a dispute relating to the termination of a sub-contract for the development and integration of software for use in the London Underground
Secondment to Her Majesty's Customs and Excise Prosecution Office advising on its services contracts (including IT contracts) in the establishment of a new government department, the Revenue and Customs Prosecutions Office
Advising on domain name registrations and disputes
