Donna is a Senior Associate in the Resources and Infrastructure Department.   She advises local government clients on a range of local government issues with a focus on property work.

Donna regularly assists clients with the preparation of documents or advice relating to acquisition and disposal of property, easements, roading, reserves, public works and leasing.  Donna's work also includes providing advice on the Local Government Act 2002 and other local government related statutes.

Donna also advises Transpower New Zealand on property and public works issues.

Before joining Simpson Grierson in 2003, Donna spent five years as General Legal Counsel at Hutt City Council.  As a result of this experience Donna has a thorough understanding of the workings of local government.
