Peter is a consultant in the transactional banking and finance group in Auckland. He has more than 20 years' experience acting for banks in funding major property developments and investment properties throughout New Zealand.
Peter assists clients to identify and implement effective funding structures for property acquisitions, property developments, and construction projects. He has been responsible for developing a wide range of documentation for such transactions.
His expertise also includes acting for banks in business banking and corporate banking transactions, including project finance and syndicated loan facilities.
