Jo qualified as a legal executive in 1995. She specialises in property and development financing.

Her experience includes acting for lenders in transactions relating to residential subdivisions, commercial buildings, shopping malls, apartment buildings, retirement villages, and property syndications.

Jo is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.
