Peter is a partner in the transactional banking and finance group in Auckland. He has more than 20 years' experience acting for banks in funding major property developments and investment properties throughout New Zealand. He has been responsible for developing a wide range of documentation for such transactions.
His expertise also includes acting for banks in business banking and corporate banking transactions, including project finance and syndicated loan facilities.
