'Reputation Matters' book launch announced

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new book written by Simpson Grierson partner, Tracey Walker, titled Reputation Matters: A Practical Legal Guide to Managing Reputation Risk

The book sets out the New Zealand legal framework for managing corporate reputation and how to avoid and manage key risks. Topics covered include: reputation and why it matters; defamation; communication restrictions; misleading and deceptive conduct; intellectual property; confidential and private information; unfair media reporting; and digital media/new media.

This is a valuable resource for PR/communications professionals, in-house counsel and all those involved with managing corporate communications.
