Robert is a partner in the firm's corporate and commercial group. He is a specialist in all aspects of corporate transactions, including financing, capital raising, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganisations, and general contractual matters.
Robert advises on aviation, technology, and communications issues and has assisted with various venture capital initiatives.
His practice and clients include multinationals, large off-shore companies and groups, and smaller (industry- focused) New Zealand companies. Robert provides advice to public companies and government organisations on establishment, structuring, and governance issues.
