"I was awarded a scholarship at the end of my second year at law school. Simpson Grierson looked after me well so applying to another firm didn’t even cross my mind."
Tamina Cunningham

"I received the Simpson Grierson scholarship at the end of my third year of University in 2005, and have never looked back. My first year and a half as a full time Simpson Grierson employee has only confirmed the impression I gained of the firm and its people on my very first day as a summer clerk - this is a firm that celebrates success, encourages innovation in legal solutions and client service, offers endless opportunities for learning and professional development, and which, most importantly, recognises and supports the importance of work-life balance. I cannot imagine a better place to have begun my legal career."
James Harper

"Being awarded a Simpson Grierson scholarship in my third year at law school set me up for a great start to my legal career. Having a Simpson Grierson buddy to chat to was great, and being able to use the firm's library and research services was really helpful too. Before I even started work as a summer clerk I knew there was no place I'd rather work than SG because they had been so supportive throughout my scholarship year. Another plus of an SG scholarship is having your summer clerk position confirmed well before the graduate recruitment process begins, so while your friends are all worrying about interviews and offers, you can focus on other things."
