Jania is a senior associate in the firm's commercial litigation group. She has broad experience in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Jania has recently acted on major commercial cases ranging from complex contractual disputes and insolvency to negligence and product liability.
Jania also has specialist expertise in media law. She has acted for TVNZ for many years on media issues, defamation proceedings, and commercial disputes.
