Kelly is a senior associate in the transactional banking and finance group in Auckland. She advises banks on a wide range of banking and lending matters.
Her particular area of expertise is acting for lenders in property finance transactions. This has seen her involved in a large number of complex inner-city, suburban, rural, construction, and subdivision developments.
Her expertise also includes acting for banks in business banking and corporate banking transactions, agri-business transactions, and retirement village structures.
