Lisa is a senior associate in the firm's corporate and commercial group. She provides advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, distribution and supply arrangements, terms of trade, business structures, corporate governance issues and corporate and business compliance.
Lisa has been involved in a number of significant business acquisitions and disposals. She also has particular experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
