Marie is a senior associate in the firm's commercial litigation group. She specialises in dispute resolution with a particular focus on construction and competition litigation.
Marie regularly acts for builders, principals and local authorities in relation to construction disputes in the High Court and Weathertight Homes Tribunal.
She also provides advice to clients regarding the Commerce Act, CCCFA and Fair Trading Act, as well as representing companies and individuals being investigated by the Commerce Commission.
