Megan is a senior associate in the firm's commercial group. She has extensive commercial experience, both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, where she worked at Clifford Chance. Her experience includes particular focus on large-scale infrastructure projects, energy-related matters, and project financing.
Megan advises on a wide range of issues with particular emphasis on commercial agreements and contract negotiation, co-ordination and advice for large-scale power projects, asset/business sales and acquisitions, and contractual and regulatory issues for the energy sector.
