Vivienne is a senior associate in the firm's local government and environment group. She is a specialist in local government law, administrative law, and statutory drafting.
Her extensive experience in local authority issues includes decision-making processes, bylaws (review, drafting and interpretation), electoral law, traffic and transport related matters, dog control, sale of liquor, water supply, access to official information, and privacy questions. Before joining the firm in 1998, Vivienne was a parliamentary counsel drafting legislation for the Government.
