Shelley is a Partner in the Corporate Group of Simpson Grierson's Commercial Department, a group of specialist corporate and securities lawyers providing strategic advice on high-profile and complex transactions. She is also one of the principal corporate advisers in Simpson Grierson's Private Capital (private equity and venture capital) Group.
She is well-known for her work with public offerings, corporate governance, venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advisory and compliance matters, and commercial transactions.
