Simon is a partner in the firm's corporate and commercial group. He has been involved in a number of significant business acquisitions and management buy-outs, as well as (re)structuring new and existing businesses. Simon assists with investments into New Zealand directly, through fund structures or through venture capital arrangements.

Simon assists his clients with supply and distribution arrangements, in relation to exporting into overseas markets, as well as structuring options for growth and expansion through outsourcing, joint ventures, and partnering arrangements.

Simon also provides advice to software and hardware suppliers, network utilities, and infrastructure companies.
