Sonia is a senior associate in the firm's construction group. She has experience in a wide range of construction projects with particular expertise in project documentation, tendering, project procurement, and dispute resolution. Her clients include local authorities, other public and private sector principals, and contractors.
Sonia advises on contractual and commercial issues associated with construction and infrastructure projects and related documentation across a wide range of industry sectors. These include energy, building, roading, water and waste water, refuse collection and disposal, electricity, and mining.
She has extensive specialist experience in NZS3910:2003 based contracts and has been involved in the development of standard tender and contract documentation based on NZS3910:2003 for numerous organisations.
