Tracey is a partner in the commercial litigation group. She specialises in the resolution of commercial disputes, particularly those involving communications issues, corporate reputation, the enforcement of intellectual property rights, and sales and marketing issues.
Tracey has significant experience in the communications and media industry. She has acted for and against the media for 20 years. This has included proceedings in all New Zealand courts (including the Supreme Court) as well as in domestic and international tribunals.
