Valerie is the information services director. Her role involves providing leadership and advice on using information technology, developing and implementing the firm's information technology strategy and plans, and managing and coaching the information technology, research services, and records management functions.

Before joining the firm in 1996, Valerie worked at Wang (now gen-i) for 11 years in a variety of training, support, implementation, and consultancy roles.
