- Commerce Commission v Westpac, 2006 - Fair Trading Act prosecution on credit card charges
- Commerce Commission v Senate Finance Limited, 2006 - prosecution under the Credit Contracts & Consumer Finance Act
- Commerce Commission v KANZ and Others - leading case on penalties for breach of section 30 of the Commerce Act, and two cases concerning the powers of the Commerce Commission under section 98 of the Commerce Act (KANZ v Commerce Commission)
