Our Experience
- North Shore City Council - Rosedale $100 million+ waste-water treatment plant upgrade and ocean outfall project
- Christchurch City Council - PPP/DBFO contracts for biosolids treatment and disposal, including separate energy centre and biosolids processing projects
- Project Manukau - advising the contractor joint venture on the $500 million+ waste-water treatment plant at Manukau Harbour (one of the largest projects of its type in the world)
- Metrowater - Clear Harbour Alliance contract for sewer and stormwater separation in central Auckland
- Christchurch City Council - $85 million ocean outfall and pump station projects
- Metrowater - Framework Agreement for maintenance and renewal of waste water and water facilities (based on NEC suite of contract)
- Advising many local authorities in relation to long term water and waste water maintenance and operations contracts (based on NZS3910, NEC and other forms of contract)
- Tauranga City Council - Southern Pipeline project
- Rodney District Council - Army Bay waste-water treatment plant and coastal outfall
- North Shore City Council and Auckland City Council/Metrowater - consent applications for operation of their waste water and stormwater networks
- United Water - franchise establishment for the maintenance and operation of Papakura District Council's water and waste water services (first of its type in New Zealand by a local authority for an essential service)
