Wayne is a partner in the banking and finance department. He co-heads the firm's transactional banking and finance group in Auckland.
He advises on a broad range of international and domestic financing transactions. He represents corporates, banks, and other financial institutions, and local authorities.
Wayne has experience in a wide range of lending transactions, including corporate banking, project and infrastructure finance, private equity acquisitions, corporate restructuring, personal property securities, and derivatives. His practice also includes aircraft leasing and financing.
