Rebecca Faull

Rebecca is a senior associate in the firm's commercial litigation group. She specialises in commercial litigation and has experience in a number of specialist areas, including contract, insurance, negligence, banking and insolvency disputes.

Rebecca has recently acted on a large-scale product liability dispute involving complex contract and tort issues. Her insurance experience includes acting for both the insurer and the insured. She has also recently worked on secondment as a legal adviser at a large New Zealand life insurance company.

She has experience in all areas of commercial dispute resolution, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and court proceedings.
