Richard specialises in private client work. He has had a great deal of experience in private legal practice together with in-house legal and management roles in trust companies.
He advises on all areas of succession planning and asset protection.
Richard is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP); the Estate and Tax Planning Council; the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Disciplinary Panel; and the Auckland District Law Society Trust Law Committee.
Richard is also the convenor of the New Zealand Law Society Auckland Standards Committee No. 4.
