Richard Evans
Richard is a senior associate in the firm's commercial property workgroup. He has expertise in leasing, due diligence investigations, subdivisions, sales and purchases of land, real estate finance, and forestry work.
Richard practised as a solicitor in South Africa from 1982 until 1997 when he immigrated to New Zealand. Before joining the firm, Richard was a senior associate in the Commercial Property and Commercial and Banking Departments in another large Auckland law firm for nine years.
