Sonia advises commercial, local authority and private clients on all property matters, including commercial leasing, easements, acquisition and disposal of commercial property, due diligence, property developments and finance, subdivisions, farm sales and purchases and Public Works Act matters.
Sonia’s experience extends to large scale commercial acquisitions (including bare land / commercial premises / rural and industrial land) development and leasing of land and infrastructure projects.
Sonia provides general property advice to private clients also including advising on new builds, occupation right agreements/aged care facilities, and residential conveyancing.
Sonia is a member of the New Zealand Law Society - Property Law Section.
