Corporate Senior Associates - Auckland

We are looking for experienced lawyers at Senior Associate level to join our Auckland corporate team. Candidates should have experience in:

  • Capital markets

  • Public takeovers

  • Private equity transactions

Resource Management Junior and Senior Roles – Christchurch

Our Christchurch resource management team is on the hunt for both a junior lawyer and an associate or senior associate to join its team. The team is super busy at the moment so this is a great opportunity for you if you're looking for challenging work that will take your skills to the next level. You'll be working closely with a senior associate and associate in the Christchurch office, with support from the national resource management teams and the wider Christchurch office.

For the junior role, preferably you'll have some resource management or litigation experience. You'll be a bright spark, have a great attitude and work ethic, and be excited by getting stuck in to some really interesting work.    

For the more senior role, you'll have proven experience in resource management law and preferably local government law, including particular experience in RMA planning (either plan change or district plan review work). We'd like you to have advocacy experience and, if we're lucky, this advocacy experience would be in planning or consenting/development or construction work before local authorities and the Environment Court.  As well as these specific skills, we want someone who's fabulous at client relationships, who's going to stand behind their advice and who has the ability to provide clients with efficient and innovative service every time.

Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and vibrant person to work in our beautiful surroundings in our Auckland office as a full-time Corporate Receptionist

This is a pivotal role that encompasses all of the traditional reception responsibilities – meeting and greeting clients, answering and transferring calls, managing the meeting rooms and travel bookings, assisting our catering team and even making a flat white if required as well as completing various administration tasks and duties.

To ensure exemplary client service, you will be someone that is proactive in providing assistance to clients and internal staff. Your immaculate presentation and engaging approach will be complimented by your time management skills and professionalism.

This position works alongside another job-share receptionist and the hours alternate each week from 8.00am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
