Information & Communications Technology
ICT can make or break a business. Handled properly, an ICT project can make a business competitive, efficient, and customer-focussed. Handled poorly, it can cripple a business. This is not an area for risk-taking. ICT projects need the support of lawyers with genuine expertise, built on many years of experience. We know where the pitfalls are, and how to avoid them.
We understand ICT inside out - from outsourcing, systems procurement, and service level agreements to licensing, commercialising technology, and e-commerce.
We offer decisive, innovative, and strategic legal advice to achieve the best possible outcomes. We also support start-up and emerging technology businesses with pragmatic, affordable advice.
