Padraig is a partner in the local government and environment group. He advises councils, CCOs, and corporate clients on resource management, local government, administrative law, and public policy issues. Particular areas of expertise include district plan changes, resource consents for major infrastructure including water and wastewater projects, solid waste, financial and development contributions, Local Government Act issues, official information and privacy, liquor licensing, legislative drafting, and judicial review.  An experienced litigator, Padraig appears regularly for clients in the High Court and Environment Court.
