Angela has extensive experience in property matters.  She primarily assists Auckland Council with drafting regulatory documents for subdivision and land use consents.

She also advises private clients on all aspects of their residential conveyancing transactions. 

Angela qualified as a legal executive in 1998 and has been working in the firm since 2002, joining the firm’s real estate group in 2021. 

Prior to joining the real estate group, Angela assisted clients from first tier lender financial institutions to second tier lenders.  She has extensive experience in the debt recovery area. 

This included debt recovery proceedings, with issuing notices, applying for substituted service, effecting mortgagee sales of securities, attending to the conveyancing, dealing with caveats, subsequent chargeholders and addressing Maori title issues.
