We’re proud to launch our 2025 Invested for Good Pro Bono Report, showcasing our firm's enduring commitment to pro bono work to support our communities.

In the last 12 months we’ve invested nearly 70,000 hours of pro bono time to support our community partners, averaging 33 hours per lawyer.

Our commitment to pro bono work runs deep. Back in the 1920s, Max Grierson, a founding partner of our firm, helped establish the Auckland Sheltered Workshops and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. His belief that lawyers should use their skills for the good of the community continues to guide us today, nearly a century later.

In this year’s Report, we profile our work to support the following community partners:

  • Manaiakalani Education Trust, supporting digital equity in schools
Pet Refuge, helping remove a barrier to families leaving family violence
  • Pacific Youth Leadership and Transformation, helping Pacific youth participate in democracy
  • Youthline, celebrating our 20 year partnership and frontline support
  • Manawatū Community Law Centre, providing on-the-ground free legal advice.
