LINZ states that accreditation ensures that professional providers “have the expertise and experience to carry out this work to a high standard”. Accreditation follows a robust evaluation process managed by the Commissioner of Crown Lands.

Nicky Hall’s accreditation is for the category of ‘Public Works Act - acquisition of, and compensation for, land’.

Nick Wilson’s accreditation is for the following categories:

• ‘Public Works Act - acquisition of, and compensation for, land’
• ‘Public Works Act & Local Government Act - Roading actions’; and
• ‘Legalisation work - miscellaneous document preparation’.
