Simpson Grierson Partners achieve Crown Property accreditation

We are pleased to announce that Litigation Partner Nicky Hall and Real Estate Partner Nick Wilson have been granted Crown Property accreditation by Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) across several categories.
LINZ states that accreditation ensures that professional providers “have the expertise and experience to carry out this work to a high standard”. Accreditation follows a robust evaluation process managed by the Commissioner of Crown Lands.
Nicky Hall’s accreditation is for the category of ‘Public Works Act - acquisition of, and compensation for, land’.
Nick Wilson’s accreditation is for the following categories:
- ‘Public Works Act - acquisition of, and compensation for, land’
- ‘Public Works Act & Local Government Act - Roading actions’; and
- ‘Legalisation work - miscellaneous document preparation’.
Simpson Grierson Partner & Board Chair, Pip Muir says: “Only a limited number of lawyers across Aotearoa gain this prestigious recognition, which underscores Nicky and Nick’s expertise and experience in complex infrastructure matters.
“Congratulations to you both on your Crown Property accreditation, which is a testament to your depth of experience in this area and the excellent outcomes you’re achieving for our clients.”
Nicky Hall and Nick Wilson join the ranks of Wellington-based Simpson Grierson Real Estate Partner, Donna Hurley and Auckland-based Consultant, Michael Wood who already hold Crown Property accreditation.
