Calina Tataru

Calina is an Auckland-based private client litigator who specialises in advising and guiding clients through disputes relating to relationship property, care of children, spousal maintenance, family violence, trusts and estates.

At each stage of the process, Calina uses informed, open communication to gain a full understanding of each client’s situation and to ensure the transition through to securing the right outcome is as smooth as possible.

Calina advises across the full range of family law related disputes. Her civil law background allows her to advocate on behalf of her clients’ specific needs and interests across the Family, District and High Courts.

Calina also acts for clients involved in civil litigation with a particular focus on estate litigation and leasing matters.
