Sarah is a specialist corporate lawyer, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and strategic arrangements. 

She advises international and domestic clients on acquisitions, divestments and other corporate and commercial matters. Sarah has extensive expertise advising financial investors and works across a broad range of sectors.

Sarah returned to Simpson Grierson in 2026 after six years working in London for international law firm CMS. During her time in London, Sarah also spent time on secondment at Legal & General (a FTSE 100 company).
