Shane is responsible for Simpson Grierson’s technology and information services strategy, covering IT, Records, Research, and AI enablement. He leads the national team delivering secure systems, efficient services, modern workplace technology, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies that support the firm’s operations and long-term goals.

He has broad leadership experience in infrastructure, service delivery, technology change, and digital transformation within the legal sector, and has overseen a range of national initiatives to modernise systems, improve reliability, and drive the practical adoption of AI across the firm.
