Sjaan Morresey

Sjaan qualified as a legal executive in 2005.  She has extensive experience in mortgagee sales and related Property Law Act issues.

She specialises in enforcing mortgages on behalf of banks. This includes conducting mortgagee sales, removal of caveats, applying for substituted service, Maori Land Title issues and repossessions over secured goods.
