This role offers you the chance to become a valued member of our Banking and Finance team in Auckland.  We are looking for an Administrator with great technical skills. What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • Outstanding organisational skills and excellent attention to detail;
  • A high degree of technical capability;
  • Highly motivated with a willingness to go above and beyond;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Accurate typing skills with a speed of 50+ wpm;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team; and
  • A real can-do and positive attitude. 
  
We are looking for an individual who is energetic, focused, has high standards and is the kind of person who thrives on customer service and getting the job done. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • diary, email and travel management;
  • document production including using graphics and visuals;
  • assisting with business development;
  • client relationship management;
  • financial reporting including monthly billing; and
  • file management.
 
You'll be working with the systems and support of a large national law firm, together with the support of the wider Legal Administrator group.  You'll have the tools, training, guidance and support to excel, as well as the opportunity to enjoy all the learning, wellness and social activities of our fun and supportive workplace.
