We are one of the largest commercial law firms in New Zealand, with offices across the country.  As a Legal Administrator -  Float, you’ll offer assistance to various teams within our firm, undertaking a range of tasks such as: 

  • assisting other legal administrators;
  • reception administration and cover;
  • file management (electronic and hard copy);
  • providing assistance with the organisation of events when required;
  • producing legal documents, dictaphone typing, drafting basic letters;
  • assisting with photocopying, scanning and printing of documents;
  • preparation of bundles when required;
  • assistance with organising travel arrangements;
  • maintaining our client relationship database; and
  • conducting the monthly billing cycle. 
You'll need to be energetickeen to learn and have the following attributes:
  • Outstanding organisational skills;
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond;
  • Excellent language skills, with accurate spelling and grammar;
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with basic office programmes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Accurate typing skills with a speed of 50+ wpm;
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise;
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of team.
  • Be reliable, pro-active and self-motivated.
