We have a fantastic opportunity for an intermediate/senior litigator to join New Zealand's leading construction law firm.

Our highly respected construction  team handles a wide range of work including resolving construction disputes via mediation, arbitration, adjudication, litigation and the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, for clients such as developers, public entities, infrastructure providers, consultants and contractors.

We are looking for a motivated lawyer with anywhere from 3-8  years' experience  including construction dispute resolution or front end work.   However, if you have quality dispute resolution experience and a keen interest in moving into construction, this role could still be right for you.  

You'll have great communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service.  You will get plenty of top quality work, and will be working in a cohesive, collegial team, with fantastic mentoring on offer from the Partners, Special Counsel and Senior Associates.  With the team's collaborative working style you'll be learning from leaders in the construction field. You'll also get the chance to gain mentoring skills of your own, providing support to more junior solicitors within this high performing and supportive team.
