Simpson Grierson's Wellington office currently has an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join its banking and finance practice.
  
Working in a collegial team, you will be involved in varied, interesting work for corporates, banks, major financial institutions, insolvency practitioners, government and other financial market participants.  You’ll have access to high quality work, including in project and infrastructure finance, property finance, corporate lending, and corporate restructuring and insolvency.

You’ll be a senior or intermediate lawyer with excellent experience in transactional banking and finance and/or corporate restructuring and insolvency from a reputable firm.  You’ll be able to turn work around quickly in a high-performance environment, have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, and will have an analytical, thorough, approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
