At Simpson Grierson, Jo leads the national People and Culture team and is central to building a workplace in which high performance, inclusion and genuine support go hand in hand. Her approach combines strategic leadership with empathy and a strong belief that people do their best work when they feel valued, challenged and able to belong.

Under Jo’s leadership, Simpson Grierson has received sustained industry recognition for its approach to learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and workplace culture, including multiple Employer of Choice awards. These achievements reflect the collective efforts of the firm, Jo and the wider People and Culture team to create an environment where people can thrive.
