Today Simpson Grierson was named one of HRD Australia and New Zealand's 5‑Star Employers of Choice for 2026, which is an award that carries real weight because it's driven by the people who work here.

The HRD 5‑Star Employer of Choice process is rigorous, requiring organisations to complete a detailed submission on their people practices, which is followed by an independent, anonymous employee survey. Employees rate their workplace across culture, career development, benefits, inclusion and leadership.

Only organisations achieving a 75% or greater average satisfaction rating earn 5‑Star status. And we're proud that Simpson Grierson met that bar in 2026 for the second consecutive year.
