Acting for a contractor in a complex construction contract dispute for $100+ million which went to a 13-week hearing. Key issues were the validity of termination of contract, entitlement to extensions of time, variations and alleged defective work. 

Acting for a contractor in a three-week arbitration proceeding concerning claims for variations and associated additional payment.

High Court

Acting for CPB, a multinational contractor, in a successful $5 million design defect claim against its designer WSP. 

Acting for an Australian-based multinational contractor in an urgent interlocutory application to prevent the calling of the contractor’s bond.

Acting for a local authority in the defence of a $19 million weathertightness defect claim involving a large apartment block.
