Melanie’s work has a heavy focus on development and transactional conveyancing work, and has also extended to include resource consent attendances on behalf of Territorial Authorities.
Melanie’s work requires management of a large number of transactional property matters. Melanie delivers efficiency, attention to detail, and a high standard of organisation to ensure her clients’ deadlines are met and her clients kept informed throughout.
Melanie qualified as a legal executive in 2013 and has worked for Simpson Grierson since 2014. She is an affiliate member of New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives.

Reviewing resource consents on behalf of Territorial Authorities, advising Territorial Authorities in respect of recommended documents to be registered, and liaising with property developers as to preparation and registration of documents.

Consulting in relation to purchase of numerous properties across Auckland under the Category 3 buyout scheme, facilitating and overseeing processes, advising on legal and practical aspects, assisting with project management, reporting and transactional attendances
