Zelda specialises in banking and finance law, in particular corporate finance, acquisition funding and asset financing and leasing.
Zelda assists both financiers and borrowers with all types of transactional financing transactions and banking matters. She often provides New Zealand centric advice in relation to multijurisdictional transactions.
In addition to her transactional practice, Zelda regularly provides advice on personal property securities (PPS) law and financial services regulation generally.
