Caleb is a specialist construction lawyer with experience across the lifecycle of construction projects and a particular focus on disputes.
Caleb acts for principals, contractors and subcontractors on construction contract disputes, as well as local authorities defending building defect claims. He regularly assists clients in preparing and negotiating contracts for a range of construction projects.
Caleb builds enduring relationships with his clients and takes a commercially astute approach to providing advice, ensuring that his clients are central to every step of the process.
Caleb is a long-standing member of the Society of Construction Law (New Zealand).
