Managing the leasing portfolios for commercial buildings and office premises in Auckland’s central precincts, and advising on all aspects of commercial leasing strategy, documentation and negotiations.

Preparing leases and advising on retail leasing matters for Westfield shopping centres across New Zealand.
Local Authorities and CCOs
Acting for local authorities on property transactions involving public works, including acquisitions and disposals of land for major infrastructure projects such as Auckland Transport’s Eastern Busway. Regularly assisting with leasing and licensing of Council‑owned properties.
Forestry - Nateva, Matariki Forests
