Beth advises on a wide range of commercial and private client matters, specialising in commercial contracts, overseas investment, corporate structuring, M&A, commercial property, regulatory compliance and trust law
Beth has acted on a number of complex transactions and advises a wide range of domestic and international clients operating across a variety of sectors, including: forestry, agri-business, health, infrastructure, and commercial property.
In addition to her commercial practice, Beth also has a depth of experience in advising private clients in relation to their succession planning and asset protection.
